Dear Sharon & Warren,

Just a short note to tell you how much I appreciate your prompt and thorough service.

My first heater was a Pellet stove for my first floor which heated my entire 1800 square foot house warmer than it had ever been.

I have since upgraded to a central heating Harman hot water boiler that now produces both heating to each room, and a full supply of domestic hot water for kitchen, baths and laundry.

Not only has your service been excellent, I very much appreciate that pellet costs have remained the same for two years in a row, a real money saver when compared to gas and oil.
